“Men come to me when they feel disconnected, spiritually empty, or stuck. They leave with clarity, grounding and a stronger sense of self.”

My path began over twenty years ago in the UK, where I stepped into Pagan practice, Wiccan ritual, and the deeper masculine teachings that shaped the healer I am today. Back in South Africa I continued this work, supporting men seeking grounding, clarity, sexual healing and spiritual direction. Crystal Earth Healing was created for that purpose.

I work through a blend of bodywork, spiritual counselling, masculine energy work and earth‑based practice. This is not clinical therapy. It is grounded, structured guidance rooted in earth, ritual and renewal.

Men’s Sexual Counselling

A grounded, shame‑free space to understand your sexuality with confidence and clarity

Many men carry silent burdens around desire, performance, fantasy and sexual identity. Through my own lived experience and years of working with men, I understand how deeply these struggles affect confidence, relationships and wellbeing. This space welcomes all men: gay, bi, straight, questioning or unsure. You don’t need to hide any part of yourself here.

Understanding men’s sexual shame

Men often carry unspoken fears such as:

feeling “not enough”
performance anxiety
confusion around desire
shame around fantasy
fear of being judged
difficulty expressing needs
feeling disconnected from the body
uncertainty about orientation

These experiences are far more common than most men realise, and they are absolutely normal to talk about in a safe, guided space.

What we work on together

Understand your own sexual needs. Learn what your body responds to, what you desire, and how to express it in a healthy way.
Release shame and self‑judgement. We unpack the beliefs, fears and past experiences that may be holding you back.
Build sexual confidence. Confidence comes from understanding yourself, not from performance.
Explore fantasy in a healthy, grounded way. Fantasy is a natural part of sexuality, not something to fear or hide.
Reconnect with your body. We work gently to rebuild that connection.
Understand orientation and attraction. A space to explore without pressure.
Develop a healthier relationship with desire. Desire is not something to suppress; it is something to understand and integrate.
